This last weekend I had the honor of attending the Fashionbar Fall/winter 2015 show at the stunningly beautiful Drake Hotel in Chicago. Fashionbar Chicago is doing HUGE things to make Chicago the fashion Hub of the midwest. Founder Tony Long and Anthony Martinez put on some of the most amazing events while giving local designers and artists a platform to showcase their work. Jewelry designer Eddie Vargas of GLAMbyVargeez showcased his amazing baubles ( seriously I would wear EVERYTHING in his line) The Main event of the night , THE FASHION had Collections by Seamingly Sisters, Benjamin Cottrell Designs, LaTonya Hubbard, Maury Cesair, and Gabrielle Zwick all showcasing their amazing designs. This definitely made it a night to remember. With hosts Jeff Conway and Renee Fecarotta Russo, from Mob Wives Chicago bringing fun and light heartedness to the show and Miss Illinois taking the time to talk about the charity of the night: the Alzheimer’s Association, this was the a great event that not only brought fashion but also awareness to a great cause.
