Guilt Free 5 min mug cake 

  
So I’ve had a huge sweet tooth lately but I don’t wanna ruin my diet in the process . So I’ve been making these gluten free , paleo friendly mug cakes to satisfy my craving. Without compromising my waistline. Plus it only takes 5 mins to make! 

Here’s what you need 

2tbsp coconut flour

2tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder 

1/2 tsp baking soda 

1/2 tsp vanilla extract 

1 egg 

2tbsp melted coconut oil

2tbsp coconut milk 

Dark chocolate carob chips 

Optional ( I added 2 tbsp of stevia for added sweetness) 
  
Step 1: In a bowl mix coconut flour, baking soda and cocoa powder 

  
Step 2: Add in egg, coconut oil, milk , stevia and  vanilla 

  
Step 3: Mix in carob chips 

  
Step 4: Pour mixture into a large mug And microwave on high for 2 mins 

   It should look like this when you take it or of the microwave 

  
Optional: ( not paleo friendly) add rediwhip to the top and additional carob chips
