This dress has everything that makes my little fashionista heart skip a beat. Ruffles, sheer, winter florals and it’s on sale! That’s right I snagged this bad boy for $18 at Target! Since it has been FREEZING here in Wisconsin I paired with some OTK boots and a leather jacket to add some more warmth and edge to the look.
