One of my goals for 2020 was to really set a morning routine to help be more productive and to focus my mind for the day. So it’s been a week since I started implementing this morning routine into my daily life and I can’t believe that it has become my fave part of my day. So what is my routine? Let me tell ya.
Night before I write a to do list for the following day.
6am Wake up
Journaling and Gratitude Journaling
While this may seem simple it has absolutely helped me set intentions and to be productive for the day ahead!
