What is Matcha?
Matcha is a high-grade green tea ground into powdered form. The green tea powder is whisked into hot water, instead of steeped, to form a frothy drink.
How much caffeine is in Matcha?
Unlike the caffeine in coffee, which is quickly released into the bloodstream, the caffeine in matcha is slowly released. Matcha caffeine enters the bloodstream slowly over a 6-8 hour period giving you energy for the entire day!
What are the health benefits of Matcha?

Now that you know the basics, let’s get into my fave matcha and how I prepare it.
My absolute favorite matcha is Vital Proteins Collagen Matcha. As it says in the name, this matcha comes with collagen in it. This is going to help with anti aging and improve the look of hair skin and nails too!
I put one scoop of the matcha with some unsweetened vanilla almond milk, my fave is from Ripple, into my electric frother. Shop my frother HERE! Turn it on and let it do its thing. I then prepare my mug with some 0 calorie sweetener and then pour the matcha in! Stir it up and enjoy! It’s so easy, so frothy and creamy and delish!!! Enjoy!!!
